  14. Is there a piece of software (of hardware) to check the phone line 
  15. quality real time? I would like to improve my connection for 28.8K modem. 
  16. How does one know if the phone line signal to noise ratio is OK (at least 
  17. on my side)? My USR 28.8K shows the SNR levels with ATI11, but it is not 
  18. practical to use it if you are checking the lines trying to determine 
  19. whether you have a good connection or of you have improved the line?
